Lead and develop the Operations team supporting partners and on‑demand workers (Stinters). Oversee workforce supply, improve acquisition/screening, build scalable processes and reporting, drive automation/AI adoption, run strategic projects, and collaborate cross-functionally to raise service quality and operational efficiency.

As a Founder's Associate, you'll support financial and legal operations, build financial models, and manage strategic projects, working closely with the CEO and leadership team.

Lead the end-to-end Scheduling product: define strategy, discover partner needs, prioritise and ship features with cross-functional teams, measure impact, and use AI/automation to reduce manual work and improve decision-making.
