Own the full commercial motion, including C-suite sales, customer lifecycle management, complex AI rollouts, renewals, expansion, and customer value. Lead Key Account Managers and Implementation Partners, shape the product roadmap through customer insight, and build the commercial function’s processes, tooling, hiring plan, and international growth strategy.
Head of Commercial, taking the function from early traction to serious scale. This role owns the
entire commercial motion at Stint.
You’ll own the end-to-end customer lifecycle: from the earliest C-suite conversations and
commercial negotiations through to complex AI rollouts, adoption, expansion, and ultimately the
value we create for our customers. You’ll also lead a team and continue to build the Commercial
function for our next stage of growth.
Commercial at Stint sits closer to product than at a traditional tech company. You’ll be embedded
in complex AI rollouts, shaping how the product lands with each customer. What you learn feeds
straight back into what we build. In practice you’ll use AI to prototype features and test them with
customers before engineering builds them for real. If the closest reference point that comes to mind
is a forward-deployed function, that’s the flavour.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with both Arjun (COO) and Sam (CEO), with real exposure to how we’re
steering the business. You’ll also lead our team of Key Account Managers and Implementation
Partners.
What you will be doing
• Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from new brand rollouts through to renewal
• Own C-suite conversations with major hospitality brands
• Lead complex AI rollouts and be accountable for how the product lands with each customer• Lead, coach and develop our Key Account Management and Implementation Partner team
• Sit at the product table. Feed customer learning back into what we build, and shape the
roadmap alongside product
• Scale the commercial function as we grow: process, playbook, tooling and hiring plan
• Support Arjun and Sam on GTM as we come out of stealth, including international expansion

What we’re looking for
This is a broad, high-impact role for someone who is highly strategic, commercially minded, and
knows how to turn ideas into results. You might have built your foundations in consulting or
banking before moving into an operational role, built a startup yourself, or already have experience
as a Commercial Director with significant ownership over a business.
We need someone polished enough to bring credibility to high-stakes conversations with the
leaders of major hospitality businesses, but entrepreneurial enough to get into the detail, solve
difficult problems, and build better ways of working as we scale.
• 6+ years of proven commercial experience
• Serious commercial experience in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment, ideally with
time in a founding or first-in-seat role
• Track record owning complex, high-value customer relationships end-to-end
• A track record of learning new verticals fast
• Comfort with the operational grit of a scaling startup, in the detail and moving fast
• Genuine interest in product. You want to shape what we build, not just sell what already exists
• Someone who can hold their own with hospitality C-suites and with our engineering team, and
translate between the two
• Comfort operating in ambiguity. You don’t need the playbook to already exist because you’re
the one writing it
About
Stint solves one of hospitality’s hardest problems, staying perfectly staffed when demand changes by the hour. We do this by pairing smart AI driven software with our flexible, on-demand workforce that’s ready to step in exactly when needed.Over the last six years, we’ve focused on building our workforce of hyper-local students and other flexible workers, who are available for 2-3hr shifts exactly when our partners need them most. We have built trust within the hospitality industry, earning the confidence of major brands by proving the value of our workforce model. Now we work with some of the UK’s best-known hospitality names - including PizzaExpress, Gail’s and Pret across 4,000+ sites across 28 cities in the UK - and they all love our product. Over the last 12 months, we’ve used this foundation to build something even more powerful: the brain behind a business’s rota planning process. By applying AI to multi-year, proprietary and public data sources, we help businesses forecast demand, generate headcount suggestions, and build the optimal rotas automatically. When combined with our flexible workforce, our intelligent platform lets hospitality businesses run lean core teams and scale up during peak hours without overstaffing or compromising on service. What started as a smart way to fill shifts, has now become an end-to-end staffing engine that’s incredibly hard to replicate and uniquely built for the hospitality industry. We’re looking for people to join our 50 person team who care about solving real problems with tech, are excited to grow with us, and want to build something pretty cool, very quickly. We work hard, have fun doing it, and don’t take ourselves too seriously. We look forward to working with you!
