Summer Analysts support private equity fund, co-investment, and secondary transactions through financial modeling, quantitative and qualitative research, due diligence, underwriting, market analysis, and investment memorandum preparation. They collaborate with investment professionals, fund managers, and portfolio company executives, develop recommendations, and present findings to the Investment Committee.

Conduct market research, financial analysis, valuation, and Excel-based modeling for infrastructure and real assets investments. Support due diligence on fund investments, co-investments, and secondary transactions; monitor fund manager and portfolio company performance; assess prospective managers; and help prepare written investment recommendations for the Investment Committee.

Provides financial modeling, valuation, transaction, research, diligence, and investment analysis support for global infrastructure and real asset investments. Prepares investment memoranda, presentations, sensitivity analyses, and client advisory materials; evaluates funds, secondaries, co-investments, and direct investments; supports sourcing and opportunity management; and presents and defends investment recommendations to teams and Investment Committees.

Supports the full private equity secondary investment process, including sourcing, screening, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, investment committee materials, deal structuring, closing coordination, and post-close monitoring. The role evaluates LP and GP-led transactions across sectors and geographies, communicates investment views, interacts with fund managers and management teams, and occasionally travels for onsite diligence and sponsor meetings.
