Teams at StepStone Group

Provides financial modeling, valuation, transaction, research, diligence, and investment analysis support for global infrastructure and real asset investments. Prepares investment memoranda, presentations, sensitivity analyses, and client advisory materials; evaluates funds, secondaries, co-investments, and direct investments; supports sourcing and opportunity management; and presents and defends investment recommendations to teams and Investment Committees.

Supports the full private equity secondary investment process, including sourcing, screening, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, investment committee materials, deal structuring, closing coordination, and post-close monitoring. The role evaluates LP and GP-led transactions across sectors and geographies, communicates investment views, interacts with fund managers and management teams, and occasionally travels for onsite diligence and sponsor meetings.
