  • Assist with SPAR data checking and other client reporting or information requests, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct market mapping and research to support the team’s broader business development initiatives.
  • Build familiarity with key client accounts and help create a consistent servicing experience across asset classes.
  • Partner with investment teams, product specialists and other internal stakeholders to coordinate high-quality client deliverables.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and identify opportunities to improve client-servicing and coordination processes.

  • Experience in institutional client servicing, client relationship management, business development support, investment support or product specialist support.
  • Exposure to private markets, including private equity, private debt, infrastructure or real estate, is preferred but deep specialist expertise is not required.
  • Experience supporting institutional clients such as pension funds, insurers, investment consultants or family offices is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; the team is flexible on exact educational background.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is beneficial but not essential.
