Manage HR operations across the UK, Jersey, and Italy, advising leaders and employees on people matters, employee relations, payroll, employment compliance, onboarding, offboarding, immigration, and HR policies. Lead a London-based HR team of two and collaborate globally on HR transformation, systems, reporting, and process improvements. Monitor legislative changes, support workforce metrics, and ensure timely resolution of employee concerns.
