Provide first- and second-level on-site and remote desktop support for ~2,000 global users in a Windows/virtual desktop environment. Manage incidents and service requests within SLAs, maintain runbooks and KB articles, handle hardware/inventory and procurement, collaborate with L2/L3 teams and vendors, participate in rotational on-call coverage, and support projects as assigned.

Develop and implement reliability features, improve system performance, provide L2 support, and create automation tools for operational stability.

The Tax Analyst will assist in international tax obligations, prepare financial statements, manage compliance calendars, and support various tax-related matters.
