Principal Solution Engineer responsible for helping UK customers evaluate and adopt Snowflake. Partners with sales teams, channel partners, and customers to present solutions, conduct demos and proofs of concept, design architectures, develop technical champions, and secure technical wins. Requires strong modern data, cloud, SQL, presentation, and customer-facing skills. The role also involves competitive positioning, partner collaboration, account planning, and representing Snowflake at industry events.

Work with sales and partners to present Snowflake to technical and executive stakeholders; run demos, proofs-of-concept, and designs; build technical champions; stay current on Snowflake roadmap and competing technologies; collaborate with product, engineering, partners, and sales to drive deals and customer success.

Lead EMEA go-to-market strategy targeting Enterprise Architects: run regional programs, enable sales at scale, build community and architect-focused messaging, align cross-functional teams, surface regional insights to shape global GTM and product direction.

Own commercial structuring and economics for large international deals. Lead regional pricing, multi-product and multi-currency deal design, drive cross-functional execution, coach field sellers, enforce concession discipline, and feed learnings into the Strategic Engagements playbook. Communicate deal recommendations and risks to executives and the CFO.

Lead EMEA AI/ML product marketing: adapt global messaging to regional needs, align sales and product teams, create outcome-led customer stories, develop field enablement and campaign plays, track KPIs and usage to drive adoption and report impact to leadership.

Partner with GTM leadership to turn GTM data into actionable insights and influence pipeline, conversion, and campaign ROI. Build and maintain analytics foundations (SQL, dbt, Snowflake), enable AI-driven self-service (text-to-SQL, semantic models, Cortex Analyst), ensure data quality across Salesforce/Marketo pipelines, and present findings to executive stakeholders.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will build revenue pipelines, conduct account research, collaborate with teams, and manage relationships with strategic accounts.

Embed in a single global financial account to drive technical sales: deliver tailored demos, run proofs-of-concept for FSI use cases, design solutions, support RFPs and technical closes, and coordinate cross-functional Snowflake resources.

Lead EMEA paid Priority Support end-to-end: own regional revenue targets, scale and coach the Designated Support Engineer team, drive proactive AI-augmented advisory engagements, partner with Sales and reactive support for escalations, and ensure customer retention, consumption growth, and delivery quality.

Lead product vision and execution for enterprise AI services within Snowflake Cortex. Own roadmap, translate bespoke customer solutions into scalable features, partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, GTM, and customers, and drive commercialization and go-to-market for AI solutions.

Support delivery of strategic EMEA events including logistics, stakeholder coordination, project plans, attendee experience, data/reporting, research, content/communications, partner coordination, and on-site event operations.

Paid full-time six-month internship for a Sales Development role. Support prospecting, inbound lead triage, data enrichment in Salesforce, and collaborate with SDRs to build pipeline while learning B2B sales processes and methodologies.

Own the end-to-end technical relationship for a single global financial-services account: drive discovery, design PoCs, architect Snowflake-based data and AI solutions, lead technical evaluations, mentor junior SEs, and coordinate across Product, Services, Support, and Engineering to accelerate adoption and expansion.

Work with sales teams and partners to demo Snowflake's AI Data Cloud, run proofs of concept, design solutions, and close enterprise deals. Engage executives and technical audiences, position Snowflake against competitors, and collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to improve offerings.

Lead technical pre-sales efforts for UK accounts: present Snowflake to technical and executive audiences, build demos/POCs, develop technical champions, collaborate with sales, partners, product and engineering, and represent Snowflake at events to drive deal wins and implementations.

Own the services lifecycle for complex, high-stakes engagements: lead technical discovery, define milestone-driven SOWs tied to business outcomes, enforce scope governance and change control, maintain commercial data integrity in SFDC, and partner cross-functionally to ensure customer success and practice margin health.
