Lead the design, evolution, and operation of enterprise data platforms, pipelines, transformation frameworks, and analytical datasets. Establish engineering standards for quality, monitoring, governance, security, CI/CD, testing, and automation. Mentor data engineers, guide architecture and technology decisions, shape data roadmaps, and partner with analytics, BI, architecture, and business stakeholders. Ensure scalable, reliable, cost-effective data solutions support reporting, advanced analytics, AI, and digital transformation.

Implement and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js, Material UI, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Collaborate with backend teams and product managers to translate complex financial and climate risk requirements into intuitive, accessible UI/UX. Iterate on designs using Figma, prioritize usability, visual consistency and performance, and incorporate feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

Deliver and manage bat surveys and mitigation for complex projects across sectors (power, mining, built environment). Conduct PRA, emergence/return, hibernation, GLTA, trapping and radiotracking; complete BER site registrations, EPSL licensing, mitigation, and technical reporting; supervise mitigation works; analyse acoustics data; liaise with clients, regulators and multidisciplinary teams; mentor junior ecologists and support business development and project delivery.

Lead and support hydrogeological site investigations, water monitoring and data interpretation. Prepare conceptual site models, hydrogeological risk assessments, impact appraisals, groundwater modelling and EIA water chapters. Coordinate site works, supervise drilling and well installations, and produce technical reports while working with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines (Snowflake, Dagster, SQL) to process financial, climate, and ESG data. Integrate climate risk models into production, automate deployments via GitHub/CI-CD, and uphold engineering best practices through testing, documentation, and code reviews while collaborating with data scientists and stakeholders in an agile team.

Provide landscape and visual impact assessment (LVIA) expertise across projects (renewables, urban, rural). Contribute to analysis, design, reporting, and integrated interdisciplinary teams; opportunities for senior project management or trainee landscape architects with mentoring.

Lead origination, development and delivery of bioenergy, AD, biomethane and EfW projects from concept to commissioning. Produce concept designs, feasibility studies, technical assessments and due diligence; manage proposals, client relationships and business development; mentor engineering teams; support procurement, construction, commissioning and operational troubleshooting, with UK site visits and occasional international work.

Lead and deliver EIAs for complex urban regeneration and built-environment projects across the UK. Prepare proposals; author screening, scoping and Environmental Statements, addenda and reviews; act as main client contact; manage technical teams and mentor junior staff; maintain client relationships and represent the firm at industry events.

Design and deliver complex highways and drainage projects including Sc104/Sc278 schemes, feasibility studies, drainage strategies and flood risk assessments. Produce hands-on designs using FLOW and AutoCAD, support business development, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across the Built Environment.

Lead and grow a transport economics team to deliver DfT WebTAG-compliant business cases and scheme appraisals, provide strategic economic advice to clients and stakeholders, support work winning, client relationships and thought leadership across transport planning and infrastructure projects nationwide.

Lead and deliver complex transport planning projects from site promotion to post-consent support, producing Transport Statements/Assessments, modelling and appraisal, client management, team leadership and mentoring, business development, and cross-disciplinary collaboration across residential, retail, logistics, infrastructure and renewables.
