Build and operate production-grade AI systems powered by LLMs, including intelligent agents, RAG pipelines, model orchestration, MCP integrations, vector search, and scalable backend infrastructure. Deliver hydraulic modelling and flood risk projects from inception through completion. Build and interrogate 1D and 2D models using Flood Modeller and TUFLOW, prepare technical reports and Flood Risk Assessments, conduct site visits, liaise with clients and regulators, and support project planning and quality assurance. The role also contributes to multidisciplinary water environment projects and develops the organization’s hydraulic modelling capability.

Provide landscape and visual impact assessment (LVIA) expertise across projects (renewables, urban, rural). Contribute to analysis, design, reporting, and integrated interdisciplinary teams; opportunities for senior project management or trainee landscape architects with mentoring.

Lead and deliver EIAs for complex urban regeneration and built-environment projects across the UK. Prepare proposals; author screening, scoping and Environmental Statements, addenda and reviews; act as main client contact; manage technical teams and mentor junior staff; maintain client relationships and represent the firm at industry events.

Lead and grow a transport economics team to deliver DfT WebTAG-compliant business cases and scheme appraisals, provide strategic economic advice to clients and stakeholders, support work winning, client relationships and thought leadership across transport planning and infrastructure projects nationwide.

Lead and deliver complex transport planning projects from site promotion to post-consent support, producing Transport Statements/Assessments, modelling and appraisal, client management, team leadership and mentoring, business development, and cross-disciplinary collaboration across residential, retail, logistics, infrastructure and renewables.

Lead and deliver heritage and archaeological projects across sectors, manage programmes, budgets and client relationships, provide expert advice on heritage constraints, prepare technical reports and ES chapters, design and manage archaeological investigations, support business development and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
