Lead month-end close, consolidation and reporting for the Group's corporate entities; manage intercompany recharges, payroll coding, budgets, forecasts, cash and liquidity, lender reporting, transfer pricing support, audits, and shared-services reporting. Drive process, control and automation improvements and manage Group accountants.

Conduct and lead botanical and habitat surveys (UKHab, NVC), deliver technical ecological reports and habitat creation projects, record and manage survey data, advise multidisciplinary teams and clients, mentor junior ecologists, and support project management across UK (and occasional overseas) sites.
