Lead complex, multidisciplinary bids across the EMEA region from opportunity capture through submission. Develop bid and win strategies, coordinate technical specialists and senior stakeholders, manage timelines, governance, reviews, and approvals, and create persuasive proposal content. Support presentations, interviews, mentoring, continuous improvement, lessons learned, and bid library development within an international consulting environment.

Supports hydrological assessments, flood risk and water environment projects for public and private-sector clients. Responsibilities include deriving hydrological inputs, preparing technical reports and calculations, supporting Flood Risk Assessments and Strategic Flood Risk Assessments, GIS analysis and mapping, site visits, catchment walkovers, stakeholder meetings, and multidisciplinary project delivery. The role offers mentoring, hybrid working, and support toward professional chartership.

Lead hydrological assessments for flood risk and water environment projects, including technical review, quality assurance, design flow derivation, flood risk assessments and hydraulic modelling inputs. Mentor junior staff, develop methodologies, manage project resources, prepare proposals, and build client and regulator relationships. Support business development and undertake occasional UK site visits, catchment walkovers and stakeholder meetings.
