Leads international Expert Services delivery across deployment engineering and project management teams. Scales partner operations, allocates resources, governs project execution, manages escalations, aligns global workflows, and drives customer value realization. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering while providing executive reporting on delivery risks, performance, and KPIs.
