Drive new business and expansion sales for ServiceNow’s cloud platform across small, mid-market, and commercial accounts. Prospect by phone, manage complex sales cycles, understand customer needs, generate pipeline, meet quotas, forecast accurately, coordinate with solution consultants and partners, support renewals, and maintain customer relationships. The role also includes mentoring team members, tracking sales KPIs, and occasional travel for training or meetings.

Owns strategic relationships and new business growth across major ServiceNow accounts in the energy and utilities sector. Leads executive engagement, account strategy, virtual teams, solution development, global resource deployment, customer roadmaps, renewals, licensing, and professional services. The role requires substantial client management and enterprise software sales experience, strong executive relationship skills, demonstrated quota attainment, and up to 50% travel.

Build and deploy production-grade LLM applications spanning backend services, data orchestration, vector search, and front-end integrations. Work directly with strategic customers in agile sprints, integrate legacy systems, create reusable AI libraries and scaffolds, and influence platform strategy through field-tested solutions. Lead implementations from concept to production while ensuring scalability, security, observability, and performance.
