Serve as a customer-facing technical consultant for Pyramid Analytics and enterprise BI solutions. Design and implement cloud or on-premises BI, advanced analytics, and data science solutions; support platform setup, data integration, training, onboarding, and best practices. Manage stakeholders, collaborate across teams, identify customer expansion opportunities, and deliver enterprise-grade reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.

Own global sales enablement programs for cybersecurity pre-sales teams, including onboarding, pipeline and champion strategies, messaging frameworks, skills development, training delivery, assessments, content, and process standardization. Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, leadership, and cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business priorities. Use performance data and field feedback to continuously improve programs, drive adoption, strengthen deal execution, and increase pipeline and deal closure outcomes.

Own the success of 8–10 strategic enterprise customers from deployment through renewal and expansion. Build executive relationships with CIOs and CISOs, create success plans, quantify business value, monitor account health, identify risks early, and lead mitigation. Coordinate Sales, Solutions, Professional Services, Support, Product, and partner teams while maintaining renewal predictability, forecast accuracy, adoption, and long-term customer outcomes.
