Provides strategic employment-law counsel across EMEA, advising People teams and senior leaders on employee relations, restructurings, works councils, collective consultations, investigations, litigation, M&A, workforce transformation, privacy, and AI employment tools. Develops compliant policies and training, manages outside counsel, monitors legal developments, and supports global legal-service workflows on the ServiceNow Platform.

Leads sales operations and deal desk teams supporting complex enterprise opportunities. Oversees pricing strategy, deal modeling, proposals, commercial positioning, sales enablement, and operational improvements. Partners with Sales, Product, Solution Consulting, and executive stakeholders to improve deal quality, seller productivity, and commercial consistency while personally supporting strategic opportunities. Develops team talent, scalable processes, performance metrics, and best practices across commercial execution.

Manage strategic relationships and generate new business across major financial-services accounts. Lead virtual teams, develop account strategies and ServiceNow solutions, oversee global account growth, build executive relationships, and achieve targets for licenses, renewals, and professional services. The role requires extensive client-management and sales experience, executive engagement, matrixed-team leadership, and broad understanding of business IT needs. Travel may reach 50% depending on region.
