Lead end-to-end delivery of AI Agents on the Moveworks ServiceNow platform: design, build, integrate, tune, and launch custom LLM-based automation solutions while partnering with customers, product, and engineering to drive adoption and product feedback.

Own and grow a UK Commercial portfolio (700–2,000 employees), driving net-new logo acquisition and expansion. Build account strategies aligning ServiceNow solutions to customer priorities, self-source pipeline, manage full sales cycles, collaborate with Solution Consultants, Customer Success, Partners and BDRs, provide forecasting and territory plans, and present to senior stakeholders. Occasional travel required.
