The role combines data analysis, consulting, client relationship management, written recommendations, and business development. The analyst will work across multiple projects, collaborate with colleagues and clients, and contribute to sustainability services while developing expertise through mentoring and training.

Lead carbon accounting, net-zero strategy, decarbonisation, and sustainability consulting projects for clients. Responsibilities include Scope 1–3 footprinting, SBTi and CDP pathways, transition plans, FLAG emissions calculations, verification, project management, client relationship development, new business generation, report writing, data analysis, and process improvement. The role also contributes to team growth, industry events, and commercially practical solutions that deliver measurable climate impact.

Lead client sustainability and ESG projects, including B Corp certification, strategy development, KPI and target setting, materiality assessments, reporting, workshops, and stakeholder presentations. Manage client portfolios, identify opportunities, design and sell projects, maintain relationships, deliver work within budget, and improve internal processes. The role also involves representing the company at industry events and collaborating with colleagues in a fast-growing sustainability consultancy.
