Requires clinical research experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English and French.

Coordinates clinical study activities with project managers, including calendars, training, documentation, reports, stakeholder communications, portal setup, access management, invoices, payments, surveys, and user support. The role also supports special projects and operational improvements while maintaining timely, accurate, customer-focused service across multiple studies.

Manage client-led hotel sourcing for meetings and events, including developing specifications, evaluating hotel offers, preparing budgets in Excel, negotiating contract terms, and finalizing agreements. Serve as the primary client liaison while maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring meeting requirements are met, and delivering accurate budgets to meeting planners. The role requires managing multiple projects, providing thoughtful recommendations, and maintaining high standards of professionalism, accuracy, and customer service in a remote environment.
