Manages clinical research site strategy and engagement throughout the trial lifecycle. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding sites, supporting portal utilization, monitoring site performance, resolving issues, maintaining site relationships, collaborating with clinical operations and sponsors, providing regional client insights, and supporting localized marketing. The role requires strong clinical trial knowledge, stakeholder communication, organization, problem-solving, and fluency in English and Italian.

Manage clinical research site engagement throughout trial lifecycles, supporting portal adoption, utilization, issue resolution, site relationships, and regional client needs. Collaborate with project managers, patient liaisons, sponsors, and site staff while providing local market expertise and supporting region-specific marketing. Requires clinical research experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English and French.

Coordinates clinical study activities with project managers, including calendars, training, documentation, reports, stakeholder communications, portal setup, access management, invoices, payments, surveys, and user support. The role also supports special projects and operational improvements while maintaining timely, accurate, customer-focused service across multiple studies.
