Translate complex workflows into intuitive journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes. The role also involves improving design practices, exploring AI-assisted tools, and working from the London office two to three days weekly with occasional customer-site travel.

Manage UK&I customer relationships across enterprise and mid-market segments, driving satisfaction, retention, adoption, advocacy, and value realization. Use customer insights, usage data, and sentiment to create adoption plans, communicate product roadmaps, manage renewals, and mitigate risks. Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Services teams throughout implementation and ongoing success while resolving sensitive customer situations and supporting healthcare-focused transformation.

Own global audit processes, statutory reporting, compliance calendars, and month-end accounting activities across multiple jurisdictions. Coordinate audit evidence and responses, prepare management reporting, support board-level insights, and improve finance controls and processes. The role requires collaboration across international teams, timely and accurate financial reporting, and regular attendance at the London office one to two days per week.

Drive new business growth across the UK social care and health market. Manage the full-cycle sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, discovery calls, tailored product demonstrations, contract negotiation, closing, pipeline development, revenue planning, and accurate forecasting. Collaborate with go-to-market, product, and leadership teams while achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets using the MEDDPICC sales framework.

Lead UK and multi-jurisdictional tax strategy, compliance, and provision (IAS 12). Oversee VAT/indirect tax filings, manage audits, advise on M&A tax implications, improve tax processes through technology, and collaborate with global finance teams and external advisors.

Lead definition and go-to-market of RLD Intelligence: translate the data platform into AI-enabled, persona-driven intelligence products, design conversational/copilot experiences, partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable analytics and benchmarking solutions, and drive UK/international positioning and commercial growth.

Provide Level 2 technical escalation and resolution for SaaS application issues, troubleshoot integrations and platform problems, monitor systems, perform root-cause analysis with Engineering, maintain support documentation, and support release readiness and continuous improvement to ensure stability and service continuity.

Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable healthcare software. Define technical strategy, optimise CI/CD and observability, manage budgets and resources, mentor technical leaders, and enforce incident management and compliance in a regulated environment.

Manage a portfolio of existing UK customer accounts to drive upsell and expansion. Own full-cycle account strategy including discovery, qualification, product demos, forecasting, and deal closure while collaborating with GTM, Product, and leadership to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
