Provides advanced technical and functional support for rostering, scheduling, workforce management, and payroll software. Investigates escalated customer issues, diagnoses application and integration problems, performs root cause analysis, prepares escalation reports, and collaborates with Engineering, Product, Cloud Operations, and Customer Success. The role also supports major incidents, contributes to knowledge bases, and helps prepare customers for product releases.

Manage the London office experience by coordinating workplace wellbeing, engagement, and community activities; welcoming employees and visitors; overseeing reception, access, deliveries, maintenance, cleaning, security, and building services; supporting health and safety procedures; and managing workplace suppliers, contractors, purchase orders, invoices, and budgets. The role requires strong organization, service orientation, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and full-time London availability.

Lead the technology strategy and engineering organization for RLDatix’s Quality Compliance Systems platform. Own architecture, Azure infrastructure, software delivery, data, AI, security, and platform capabilities. Drive scalable SaaS modernization, reliable CI/CD, AI-assisted development, technical risk reduction, and secure-by-design practices while developing multidisciplinary engineering leaders and teams.
