Lead UK and multi-jurisdictional tax strategy, compliance, and provision (IAS 12). Oversee VAT/indirect tax filings, manage audits, advise on M&A tax implications, improve tax processes through technology, and collaborate with global finance teams and external advisors.

Lead definition and go-to-market of RLD Intelligence: translate the data platform into AI-enabled, persona-driven intelligence products, design conversational/copilot experiences, partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable analytics and benchmarking solutions, and drive UK/international positioning and commercial growth.

Provide Level 2 technical escalation and resolution for SaaS application issues, troubleshoot integrations and platform problems, monitor systems, perform root-cause analysis with Engineering, maintain support documentation, and support release readiness and continuous improvement to ensure stability and service continuity.
