Own global go-to-market strategy for Viber consumer offerings, including core communications, eSIM, Viber Plus, and strategic partnerships. Define positioning, messaging, launch plans, and growth strategies across the product funnel. Build the product marketing function, drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization, and collaborate with Product, R&D, regional marketing, CRM, and Creative teams in a global matrixed environment.

Lead end-to-end product design for Viber Pay’s mobile fintech experiences, including payments, wallet onboarding, transaction history, and identity verification. Conduct user research, usability testing, data analysis, prototyping, and final design delivery. Apply AI tools across design workflows and help shape AI-driven features. Collaborate with product, engineering, leadership, and international design teams while contributing to shared design systems and product outcomes.

Own the strategy, roadmap, backlog, UX, and execution for Viber Pay across multiple markets. Use product analytics, experimentation, cohort analysis, and funnel tracking to improve user journeys, KPIs, growth, and unit economics. Lead engineers and designers while balancing compliance, KYC, fraud, risk, marketing, legal, and support requirements. The role requires extensive fintech or consumer payments product management experience, strong mobile expertise, and experience building products from 0 to 1.
