Build and scale a cross-functional team (product, R&D, marketing, data, BD), drive acquisition and activation to increase transactions and TPV, and manage external regulatory/compliance relationships while reporting to the CEO.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for global tech roles across R&D, product, marketing, finance and business functions. Source and build talent pipelines, run behavioral interviews, use ATS data to improve hiring, advise and train hiring managers, and ensure a strong candidate experience while partnering with global stakeholders.
