Lead Viber Pay as GM with full P&L responsibility. Set strategy for user growth, product, market expansion and regulatory readiness. Build and scale a cross-functional team (product, R&D, marketing, data, BD), drive acquisition and activation to increase transactions and TPV, and manage external regulatory/compliance relationships while reporting to the CEO.

Lead and scale Viber's fraud prevention and platform integrity strategy across payments, fintech, business messaging and platform ecosystems. Own detection, AML controls, investigations, enforcement, measurement and operational tooling. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Legal and Finance. Use data, automation and AI workflows to improve detection, investigation speed and analyst productivity. Build executive reporting and mentor a global team of analysts and domain experts.
