Analyze and improve international storefront growth through product, customer, and operational analytics. Responsibilities include building KPI frameworks, dashboards, and automated reporting; conducting deep-dive analyses; designing and evaluating A/B tests; applying statistical and causal methods; forecasting trends; and partnering with product, engineering, merchandising, and business teams to guide prioritization and expansion. The role also supports data quality, governance, instrumentation, and analytics best practices.

Lead performance-driven creative strategy and localization for UK, Germany, and France: adapt US creative, brief and commission assets, run structured experiments, analyze results in Meta/TikTok/Looker, and partner with paid social, brand, and design teams to scale revenue-driving creatives.

Lead UK/EU womenswear merchandising: execute regional assortment and launches, analyze trading performance, own catalogue and site merchandising, partner cross-functionally on product, pricing, quality, and compliance to drive regional growth.

Lead regional merchandising for selected menswear categories across UK & EU: execute assortment strategy, launches, and pricing; analyze sales, returns, and margin; manage product setup, catalogue accuracy, and compliance; drive PDP and site merchandising improvements; collaborate with Planning, Design, Sourcing, Marketing and Technical teams to deliver high-quality product and optimize customer experience.
