ABOUT QUINCE

Quince is a destination for builders, creators, innovators, and operators who want to come together and challenge the status quo. Our mission is simple: make really high quality essentials for really low prices, fairly and sustainably. We deliver on that mission through a unique manufacturer-to-consumer (M2C) model eliminating the layers of traditional retail that add cost and result in consumers paying more than they need to. We find, build relationships with, and work directly with the manufacturing partners behind some of the world’s finest products. From there, our teams design smart, efficient operational processes  and build and deploy proprietary technology, AI, and analytics to help us scale fast.

What began with a small assortment of elevated basics has quickly grown into a cross-category brand spanning apparel, accessories, home goods, and more. Today, tens of millions of people across a growing number of countries come – and return – to Quince because they trust us to deliver.

OUR CULTURE

Quince is a culture built for builders by builders. Our way of working starts with a blank sheet of paper. We question conventional thinking, use technology and data to uncover new opportunities, and move quickly to turn ideas into reality. We aren’t interested in replicating how others do retail. We’re building a better way – at a speed and scale unlike anything that’s been done before.

  • We dream big and chase the hard problems others shy away from. Rejecting long-held assumptions is part of our company's DNA.  Where conventional wisdom says you have to choose – soft or durable, speed or rigor, quality or price – we ask why that trade-off has to exist in the first place.
  • Our pace is fast and the bar is high because our customers expect a lot from us and we refuse to let them down. We believe the best results come from challenging ourselves, learning from one another, and building on each other's strengths.
  • Here, responsibility is not determined by role, tenure, or seniority. Every team member - no matter their level - has the opportunity to drive our business and shape our trajectory.

If you’re someone who likes to imagine new possibilities and build better systems rather than plug-in to outdated ones, Quince is the place for you.

THE ROLE

Senior Creative Strategist

The Sr. Creative Strategist for UK/EU is a performance-minded, market-savvy leader who bridges global creative output with the nuances of European consumer behaviour. This person excels at identifying what's working in the US market and translating it for UK and German/French audiences; while also building the infrastructure to test, learn and scale independently. This person is energized by solving complex business problems, making high-judgment decisions in ambiguous environments, and turning insights into scalable, revenue-driving creative strategy.

Success in this role looks like:

  • Consistently identifying high-performing US creative and adapting it to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in UK & DE/FR markets
  • Owning the experimentation framework that enables the EU/UK team to move fast, document learnings, and scale winners while maintaining strong alignment with brand identity
  • Serving as the primary creative liaison between UK & DE/FR market needs and the US creative and production teams
  • Improving win rates and spend efficiency through a rigorous, data-backed testing cadence
  • Acting as a strategic partner to the Director of Paid Social UK & DE/FR and cross-functional brand, design, and marketing teams
  • Leveraging data to inform strategic direction
  • This role is critical to establishing Paid Social as a core growth engine in the UK, Germany and France.

This role will be onsite 4-days a week based in London, Madrid, or Berlin.

Responsibilities

Creative Adaptation & Briefing

  • Audit US creative performance regularly to identify high-potential concepts for UK & DE/FR adaptation
  • Brief the US creative team on market-specific adaptation needs; adjusting copy, tone, cultural references, pricing, and product focus for UK & DE/FR audiences
  • Commission net-new creative concepts where US assets are insufficient or market-specific angles are required
  • Write clear, detailed high converting ad briefs for video, static, UGC, and other ad formats with UK & DE/FR market context embedded
  • Ensure all adapted and net-new creative aligns with brand identity while resonating locally
  • Provide strategic feedback to designers and execute on feedback from leadership

Experimentation & Performance

  • Build and own a structured experimentation framework for UK & DE/FR paid social; covering hypothesis formation, test design, documentation, and results reporting
  • Prioritise and manage a live test pipeline across Meta (and other channels) to continuously improve creative performance
  • Analyse performance data in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Looker; translate findings into clear strategic recommendations
  • Conduct consumer, competitor, and trend research specific to UK & DE/FR markets to inform creative direction
  • Identify winning patterns and codify them into repeatable brief templates and creative playbooks

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the EU/UK creative point of contact for the US production and strategy teams
  • Partner with the Director of Paid Social EU/UK on channel strategy, creative priorities, and growth planning
  • Collaborate with Brand, Design, and broader Marketing teams to align creative output across channels including affiliate, CRM, and PR

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant creative and marketing experience
  • Paid Social and/or Direct Response experience required, with strong Meta expertise
  • Demonstrated experience working across markets; ideally including UK and/or DACH, with an understanding of how to adapt creative for different audiences
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make confident creative decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write compelling briefs and copy across formats
  • Experience managing creative testing frameworks and reporting on results
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple briefs, markets, and workstreams simultaneously
  • Comfortable working across Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
  • Fluency in English required; German/French language skills a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong collaboration skills across creative and marketing teams

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, or other paid platforms
  • Experience briefing and working with UGC creators
  • Background in DTC, fashion or e-commerce brands
