Teams at Quince

Write, localize, and quality-assure French marketing, ecommerce, and product copy across digital and offline channels. Partner with creative, merchandising, engineering, SEO, paid search, and customer service teams to maintain accurate, brand-aligned content. Produce and review 50–100 assets weekly, support product launches and campaigns, use AI tools to improve translation workflows, and ensure consistent tone, conversion performance, and search visibility.

Owns the women’s woven category strategy and assortment across the UK and EU. Responsibilities include regional merchandising, product launches, pricing, trading performance, catalogue administration, site merchandising, customer insight, and product compliance. The role partners with product, planning, marketing, design, sourcing, and quality teams to optimize sales, margins, inventory, customer experience, and product quality.

Legal Counsel will advise Quince’s UK and EU operations across commercial contracts, employment, privacy, consumer protection, AI governance, technology, logistics, product compliance, intellectual property, and risk. The role independently owns legal matters, builds processes and playbooks, supports international expansion, manages external counsel, monitors regulatory developments, and provides pragmatic guidance to cross-functional teams in a fast-growing technology-led retail business.
