Lead AI product vision, roadmap, and delivery across Quilter. Own end-to-end delivery of ML and GenAI solutions, ensure governance and model risk controls, drive adoption and value measurement, engage senior stakeholders, assess third-party vendors, and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, explainable, and business-focused AI products.

Lead and define test strategy across multiple programmes, manage vendor relationships, plan and execute testing, establish governance and KPIs, mentor test leads, and report quality, risk and readiness to senior stakeholders. Ensure audit and regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement and automation adoption.

Lead and execute multi-channel paid acquisition to scale efficient customer growth. Launch and optimise paid media campaigns, manage budgets for ROI, report on KPIs, ensure FCA-compliant promotions, collaborate with brand, product, design and analytics to improve landing pages and onboarding, and support broader marketing and partnership activity.

Lead a hands-on analytics role to design and build a scalable cost-to-serve model, integrate and transform multi-source data, ensure data quality, run scenario and statistical models, and translate outputs into actionable operational excellence insights for stakeholders.

Provide all-source intelligence collection, analysis and dissemination for the Resilience and Crisis Team. Produce tactical and strategic assessments, maintain intelligence flows and analytic tools, prepare briefings and travel risk assessments, support crisis exercises and training, review governance documentation, and work on a 24/7 on-call rota to protect staff, property and reputation.

Represent the CIO publicly and with media; create investment research, commentary and content for PR and marketing; maintain active social media; chair Tactical Asset Allocation meetings; collaborate with global partners and investment teams to produce insights; support media bookings and attend industry events, including occasional overnight travel and out-of-hours availability.

Support Affluent FP&A delivering monthly management reporting, forecasts, business plan financials and external disclosures. Maintain financial models, analyse results, provide insight and commentary, respond to external queries, liaise with cross-functional finance teams, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead the integration, operation, and strategic delivery of an outsourced platform. Manage vendor relationships, roadmap, integrations, service management, risk, budget, and stakeholder communications while leading a small platform team and ensuring compliance and operational resilience.
