Provides proactive executive assistant support to two senior leaders, including complex diary and meeting management, UK and international travel coordination, event logistics, inbox and expense administration, document preparation, meeting action tracking, and confidential information handling. The role also supports process improvements, risk controls, regulatory compliance, and responsible use of approved AI tools while coordinating with senior stakeholders and the wider executive support network.

Provide second-line compliance advice on FCA rules, monitor registers (personal dealing, gifts & hospitality, conflicts), analyze breaches, support SMCR and regulatory reporting, produce compliance reports, and maintain stakeholder relationships across first and second line.

Provide governance, coordination and process management for the investment function. Maintain governance documents, support investment decision-making, drive process improvements and automation with Technology, design KPIs, and liaise with stakeholders, auditors and external providers to reduce operational risk and strengthen resilience.

Coordinate and drive front-office initiatives by translating priorities into tasks, tracking progress, raising risks, producing status reporting, supporting governance, and providing basic commercial analysis to inform senior decision-making. Engage stakeholders across front office, Operations, Risk & Compliance, Finance and Technology to ensure alignment and delivery.

Lead integration, operation, and strategic delivery of an outsourced platform. Manage vendor relationships, SLAs, roadmap, integrations, incidents, budgets, and compliance. Own product backlog, drive continuous improvement, coordinate migrations/upgrades, and report platform performance to senior leadership while leading a small platform team.

Lead end-to-end development and production deployment of ML and GenAI solutions, including LLM/RAG pipeline design, model evaluation and prompt engineering, cross-functional delivery, and mentoring junior AI scientists to drive innovation and reliable production systems.

Provides administrative and coordination support for the Training & Competence function, maintaining records, systems, databases, and spreadsheets; coordinating inductions, examinations, training, CPD, and competence reassessments; managing professional memberships, invoices, budgets, and SharePoint resources; and supporting T&C projects. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, communication, stakeholder management, and Excel skills within a financial services environment.

Design, build and maintain cloud-native data platform capabilities across Azure, Databricks and Microsoft Fabric. Deliver reusable, secure, and automated platform components (IaC, CI/CD), embed security-by-design, enable federated data use for analytics, ML and reporting, and support observability, monitoring, and platform reliability while collaborating with product, engineering, security and business stakeholders.
