We’re looking for a Third Party Oversight & Assurance Specialist to help develop and operate Quilter’s Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework. You’ll provide effective oversight of key suppliers, ensuring risks are identified, monitored and managed in line with regulatory expectations including FCA, PRA, GDPR and DORA.
Working closely with the business, Procurement and risk SMEs, you’ll play a critical role in protecting Quilter from third‑party risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including FCA, PRA, GDPR and DORA.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver and enhance supplier oversight, monitoring and assurance activities across the business
Use due diligence and risk assessments to develop and oversee proportionate supplier assurance plans
Analyse supplier risk and performance data, identifying trends and recommending mitigation actions
Partner with Cyber, Technology and Operational Resilience teams to strengthen supplier resilience
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on third‑party risk and performance management
Maintain third‑ and Nth‑party risk inventories and produce clear MI for senior management
Support the evolution of TPRM policies, processes, tooling and continuous improvement initiatives
You are a confident, well‑organised professional with strong expertise in third‑party risk and supplier lifecycle management. You will bring:
Proven experience in third‑party management, vendor oversight, or enterprise risk and compliance within financial services or a regulated environment
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and key risk domains
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
A proactive, analytical and agile approach, focused on effective processes and strong risk outcomes
A collaborative mindset with the ability to think strategically and deliver through partnership
Experience using risk assessment tools, GRC platforms and third‑party or supplier management systems
A track record of contributing to or leading change and transformation initiatives
Experience within wealth or investment management (highly advantageous)
A degree in Risk, Business, Finance or a related discipline (postgraduate qualifications or professional certifications desirable)
Professional certifications such as CTPRP or CRISC
