Leads the organization’s cyber defense and incident response capability across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments. Lead and develop a team of BDRs focused on outbound sales for the DACH region, enhancing pipeline creation and coaching efforts.

Provide administrative support for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental functions: maintain QHSE documentation and databases, track incidents and corrective actions, assist with audits, monitoring training records, coordinate meetings, collect and report QHSE metrics, and support compliance and stakeholder communication.

Act as the bridge between Mail business and technology to translate strategy into prioritized transformation roadmaps. Lead a team of Business Analysts and Process Enablement professionals to design and improve processes, drive continuous improvement, support agile delivery and DevOps practices, align technology investments with business priorities, and influence stakeholders across functions to enable scalable operating models and successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Lead the development and execution of Ecommerce roadmap and MarTech capabilities, collaborating with teams to enhance customer experience and optimize performance marketing.

Design and run quantitative and qualitative customer research, analyze survey/CRM/digital data, map journeys, track CX KPIs, create dashboards, generate actionable insights, and coordinate cross-functional CX improvement projects.

Field sales role responsible for driving revenue growth through new business acquisition, expanding and retaining strategic commercial MAIL accounts, cross-selling digital and document automation solutions, managing a territory pipeline, and collaborating with internal specialists and partners to deliver solution-led sales.

Drive enterprise sales for Quadient by executing territory plans, prospecting and building pipeline via direct and partner channels, presenting value-based proposals, responding to RFPs, using Salesforce for forecasting, engaging internal teams, negotiating contracts, and positioning Quadient Professional Services and product solutions (CCM/CXM, SaaS/Cloud) to meet quota.

Manage internal editorial and digital communications to translate enterprise strategy into clear, engaging content. Deliver a global content calendar, apply editorial standards, run intranet and internal social channels (We Connect), partner with stakeholders and leaders, manage editorial workflows, and use data to track and improve content performance during a one-year maternity cover.
