Field sales role responsible for driving revenue growth through new business acquisition, expanding and retaining strategic commercial MAIL accounts, cross-selling digital and document automation solutions, managing a territory pipeline, and collaborating with internal specialists and partners to deliver solution-led sales.

Drive enterprise sales for Quadient by executing territory plans, prospecting and building pipeline via direct and partner channels, presenting value-based proposals, responding to RFPs, using Salesforce for forecasting, engaging internal teams, negotiating contracts, and positioning Quadient Professional Services and product solutions (CCM/CXM, SaaS/Cloud) to meet quota.

Lead Quadient's partner sales strategy across Europe, building and scaling strategic channel and alliance relationships to drive partner-sourced revenue, enable partner capabilities, govern performance, and align cross-functional teams to execute partner-led growth over 1–3 year horizons.

Manage internal editorial and digital communications to translate enterprise strategy into clear, engaging content. Deliver a global content calendar, apply editorial standards, run intranet and internal social channels (We Connect), partner with stakeholders and leaders, manage editorial workflows, and use data to track and improve content performance during a one-year maternity cover.

Lead Quadient Digital's global technology ecosystem and alliance strategy: evaluate partners, drive build-vs-partner recommendations, run co-innovation programs, align partner roadmaps with product strategy, govern partner agreements, and lead a small global alliances team to enable scalable platform integrations and joint GTM.

Lead strategy and roadmap for Quadient's eInvoicing portfolio, translating regulatory mandates (Peppol, EU ViDA, CTC, structured formats) into scalable product capabilities. Own product vision, P&L, and multi‑year roadmap; manage global product and product marketing teams; partner with R&D, Sales, Customer Success and Partners to deliver compliant, cloud‑native, API‑first solutions and drive ARR/NRR growth and partner expansion across EU mandate markets.

Lead and develop a team of BDRs focused on outbound sales for the DACH region, enhancing pipeline creation and coaching efforts.

Identify and secure host locations for parcel lockers by building strategic relationships with retail, property, and public-sector hosts. Assess site suitability, negotiate commercial agreements, coordinate onboarding and installation, maintain ongoing host relationships, monitor usage data, record activity in Salesforce, and collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and new business opportunities.

Provide administrative support for Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental functions: maintain QHSE documentation and databases, track incidents and corrective actions, assist with audits, monitoring training records, coordinate meetings, collect and report QHSE metrics, and support compliance and stakeholder communication.

Lead the development and execution of Ecommerce roadmap and MarTech capabilities, collaborating with teams to enhance customer experience and optimize performance marketing.
