Responsibilities include developing growth strategies, managing sales pipelines and forecasts, identifying projects, building relationships with operators, consultants, contractors, and integrators, delivering presentations and demonstrations, coordinating technical proposals, and providing market intelligence. The role requires strong data centre sector knowledge, negotiation skills, business acumen, and 5–10 years of business development experience.

Drives business development and sales for large-scale onshore and offshore high-voltage transmission cable projects across the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, leading tenders and contract negotiations, coordinating multidisciplinary bid teams, managing customer relationships, developing commercial strategies, monitoring sales performance, and supporting project execution. The role requires knowledge of power transmission infrastructure, complex turnkey/EPC bids, contractual terms, and willingness to travel across the UK and Europe.

The Project HSE Coordinator ensures adherence to health, safety, and environment standards at construction sites, supports incident investigations, conducts audits, develops training programs, and coordinates safety initiatives across UK projects.
