Support deal execution and business development for power, utilities and infrastructure transactions. Perform valuation and financial analysis, due diligence, quantitative modeling, industry research, prepare client materials, and participate in client meetings and negotiations.

Write and optimize SQL for Snowflake and other databases, perform data validation and lineage, support Workday/ServiceNow integrations, provide go-live support and troubleshooting, and uphold data management and governance practices across corporate and client-facing teams.

Lead execution of M&A and strategic advisory engagements for TMT clients: build valuation and operating models, perform due diligence and industry research, prepare client materials, participate in negotiations and mentoring junior staff, and support business development.

Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and vendor management across EMEA and APAC. Lead real estate strategy, site selection, lease negotiations, office fit-outs, space planning, incident response, compliance, budgets and continuous improvement to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective workplace experiences.

Support and lead execution of M&A and strategic advisory engagements for TMT clients, including valuation and financial modelling, due diligence, research, client meetings, and mentoring junior staff. Contribute to origination and cross-sector deal work within lean deal teams.

Support AML/KYC client onboarding, CDD/EDD, sanctions and transaction assessments, ongoing monitoring, suspicious activity reviews, periodic client reviews, remediation, AML control maintenance, and compliance reporting while collaborating with Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders.

Support execution of M&A and strategic advisory engagements for Industrials clients: financial and valuation analysis, modeling, due diligence, industry research, preparing client materials, participating in meetings and negotiations, and mentoring junior staff.

Work on Strategic Advisory deals for UK clients, performing financial analysis, valuation and modeling, industry research, due diligence, and preparing written materials. Support transaction execution including M&A, restructurings, divestitures, client meetings and contract negotiations while working closely with senior bankers.

Design, support, and maintain enterprise network systems (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, cloud networking). Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, implement secure scalable solutions (Zero Trust/SASE), document configurations, collaborate cross-functionally, and participate in on-call rotations to resolve incidents.
