Provides flexible administrative support across multiple teams and senior professionals, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense processing, handover documentation, reception coverage, onboarding, and training support. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, judgment, and the ability to adapt quickly across teams and priorities in a fast-paced investment banking environment.

Conduct financial and strategic analysis for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other transactions. Responsibilities include industry research, valuation, financial modeling, risk assessment, client-facing materials, due diligence, negotiations, deal execution, business development, and mentoring junior team members within lean advisory teams.

Associate supporting infrastructure investment banking transactions, including M&A, capital raising, financing, IPOs, and continuation vehicles. Responsibilities include transaction execution, infrastructure operating and financial modeling, valuation, business plan analysis, client deliverables, strategic advisory, business development, and direct client engagement. The role also supervises and trains Analysts and Interns while working with infrastructure funds, corporates, and institutional investors.
