Provides administrative support to the Restructuring and Special Situations Group, including expense reconciliation, invoice processing, project code management, calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, reception support, training assistance, onboarding, and new joiner orientation. The role requires excellent organization, communication, judgment, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Support deal execution and business development for power, utilities and infrastructure transactions. Perform valuation and financial analysis, due diligence, quantitative modeling, industry research, prepare client materials, and participate in client meetings and negotiations.

Lead origination, due diligence and fundraising for European real estate funds, joint ventures and portfolio transactions. Manage relationships with investment managers and distribution bankers, coordinate global fundraising logistics and roadshows, underwrite managers, prepare marketing materials and financial models, and guide a global team of junior staff through investor diligence and execution.
