Advise clients and creditor groups, develop restructuring strategies and business plans, evaluate financial returns, manage multi-party negotiations, run client meetings, coordinate deal execution, and mentor junior bankers through time-sensitive transactions.

Design, support, and maintain enterprise network systems (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, cloud networking). Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, implement secure scalable solutions (Zero Trust/SASE), document configurations, collaborate cross-functionally, and participate in on-call rotations to resolve incidents.
