Lead a London-based regulatory reporting team (5 direct reports) overseeing EMIR, ASIC, FMIA, MiFID II and SFTR reporting. Manage daily production, risk and controls, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, staff development, and vendor relationships to ensure regulatory compliance and service continuity.
