Provides legal counsel to PGIM Global Wealth on UCITS and AIF funds domiciled in Ireland and Luxembourg. Responsibilities include drafting fund documentation, advising on cross-border marketing and registrations, supporting RFPs and due diligence, negotiating commercial contracts with distributors and service providers, and coordinating with external counsel. Requires asset management law experience, solicitor qualification, and knowledge of investment strategies and product structuring.

Supports EMEA business leaders as a client-facing HR partner, providing generalist guidance, managing complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance and SMCR administration, analyzing HR data in Workday, coordinating with HR centers of excellence, and contributing to regional and global HR projects. The role also oversees employee lifecycle activities, contracts, induction, documentation, and reporting across the UK and continental Europe.

Manages European and Australian securitized-product portfolios across RMBS, ABS and CMBS. Responsibilities include asset allocation, security selection, position sizing, trade execution, relative-value analysis, regulatory compliance, collateral surveillance, client representation and investment committee presentations. Builds relationships with dealers, issuers and arrangers, supports global investment strategy, and mentors junior investment professionals.
