3-month full-time graduate internship focused on onboarding and activating newly signed repair shops. Lead full-cycle sales across the UK independent repairer market: prospect, demo, negotiate, and close. Own a regional territory, run high-volume outbound, maintain CRM hygiene, coordinate handoffs with RevOps and Onboarding, and feed product and GTM insights back to the business.

Own onboarding and activation for UK repairer customers, drive weekly active usage, build repeatable activation and retention playbooks, instrument health metrics and tooling, act as primary post-sale contact, and synthesize customer feedback for Product and Engineering.

Own and build end-to-end product surfaces: prototype with AI/LLM tools, ship production code, engage customers weekly, measure outcomes, and evolve agentic experiences that gradually automate workflows while maintaining user trust.

Lead UK community and events for Partly across repairers and suppliers. Build regional roundtables, ambassador programs, awards, and an annual conference. Own Instagram and LinkedIn, turn events into content, run reward mechanics, manage a £1M budget, and partner cross-functionally with sales, CS and marketing to grow trust and adoption.
