Note: Partly is headquartered in Austin, TX with offices in London, UK, Christchurch, NZ and Auckland, NZ. Wherever you're based, we'll connect you with your nearest office for onboarding, and fly you to join the full team for our quarterly "Season Openers" (we cover travel and accommodation). If you're relocating to join us, we can also assist with relocation costs.

🚀 Our story

Partly is connecting the world's parts, and we're doing that by building the AI infrastructure layer for the global repair industry, starting with the $2tn automotive market. Our frontier model, Interpreter, is the world's first AI purpose-built to understand vehicle damage and the parts needed to fix it. Thousands of businesses across the global repair supply chain already rely on it.

Founded by ex-Rocket Lab engineers, we've tripled in size in the last 18 months and have recently raised a $50m Series B led by DST Global (Anthropic, Airbnb, Meta, TikTok, Spotify) and including Blackbird Ventures (Canva, CultureAmp etc.), WNDR, Activant Capital, Icehouse Ventures, Square Peg, Airtree, and Ecliptic Venture Capital. We're headquartered in Austin, with offices in New Zealand and London.

We're continuing to build a world-class team ensuring Partly is a place where people can do the best work of their lives. We're proud of the culture we've built, and our values are lived throughout every experience.

🖍️ This role

As the first time was a huge success, we're launching version 2 of Partly's Repairer Ambassador Programme — a 3-month, full-time (with flexibility), paid internship for a small cohort of sharp, driven graduates who want real responsibility from day one. This is for people who want something more than a coffee run and a PowerPoint, and will lead to a full-time role for those who make a genuine impact.

Your job is simple: get newly onboarded repair shops actively using the Partly platform as quickly as possible. That means building relationships on the ground, understanding why certain shops aren't placing orders through us, and removing those barriers. You'll become the human face of Partly in repair shops across the UK — someone repairers genuinely trust and enjoy working with.

This is not a desk job. You'll spend your first 1–2 weeks in our London office receiving structured training before heading out to visit customers across your assigned region.

Key details:

  • Contract: 3 months, full-time with flexibility

  • Start: As soon as possible

  • Location: UK-wide (field-based, with initial training in London)

💻 What will you do
  • Visit newly signed repair shops across your region and help them get up and running on the Partly platform.

  • Understand why shops aren't placing jobs through Partly and identify practical ways to remove those barriers.

  • Help repairers optimise and streamline their parts procurement workflows.

  • Track repairer activity, monitor adoption, and report insights back to the team on what's working and what isn't.

  • Build authentic, long-term relationships with shop owners and parts managers.

  • Feed customer insights back to the wider business so we can continually improve the product and onboarding experience.

🥷 What we're looking for
  • A recent graduate (university, HND, engineering course, or apprenticeship) with a genuine hunger to learn and get stuck in.

  • Strong common sense and the ability to read a room. This role is all about building trust with people who work with their hands for a living.

  • A full UK driving licence (having your own car is a strong advantage).

  • Comfortable spending most of the week on the road visiting customers.

  • Organised, self-directed, and confident working independently.

  • Comfortable around automotive professionals. This could come from a genuine interest in cars, working on your own vehicle, following motorsport, spending time in automotive environments, or simply having the curiosity and confidence to quickly learn the industry's language and "talk shop" with customers.

🪅 What You’ll Get
  • £102 per day

  • Travel and accommodation costs covered

  • Real responsibility and customer-facing experience from week one

  • A strong reference and genuine insight into how a fast-growing tech company operates

  • A realistic path to a full-time role at Partly at the end of the programme for the people who excel
