Own Pact Coffee’s organic social media strategy and creator partnerships. Manage creator scouting, negotiations, gifting, usage rights, and affiliate opportunities; plan, shoot, edit, and schedule content for organic and paid channels; analyze performance and audience insights; and collaborate with marketing, PR, CRM, and brand activation teams to grow reach and sales.

Lead Pact Coffee’s day-to-day finance function, improving financial controls, month-end reporting, profitability analysis, stock and COGS reporting, cash-flow forecasting, credit control, and finance process automation. Partner with commercial and operational teams to support decision-making, demand planning, purchasing, production, and labour planning. The role also mentors the Management Accountant and reports to the CFO.
