Own the London office workplace experience, including facilities coordination, vendors, supplies, health and safety, meeting rooms, desk booking, and office standards. Plan and deliver company events, lunches, rituals, and off-sites while managing budgets and communications. Support interview logistics, onboarding, office inductions, and new-joiner travel. Partner with People, Talent, IT, and the US Office Lead to maintain a consistent global office experience.

Lead end-to-end product and feature launches, including go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, channel planning, launch calendars, changelog management, Help Centre content, and adoption measurement. Personally lead senior and business-critical searches, protect hiring quality, and manage stakeholder alignment, closing, and continuous improvement. The role is UK-first, hybrid in London, and focused on low-volume, high-calibre hiring.

Own and deliver Orbital’s UK B2B marketing programme for law firm and real estate audiences. Responsibilities include aligning marketing with sales pipeline goals, leading events and virtual events, managing website and content channels, producing thought leadership and case studies, coordinating agencies and freelancers, and analysing performance. The role requires autonomous programme ownership, strong organisation, event expertise, and effective collaboration across sales, GTM, and marketing teams.
