Lead systems migration from Xero to Rillet, deploy multi-state US sales tax tooling, accelerate month-end group reporting, and support statutory compliance and external audits while partnering with finance, RevOps, and People teams.

Client-facing role partnering with Sales and Customer Success to drive pre- and post-sales adoption of an AI assistant for commercial real estate law. Run discovery, tailor demos and pilots, onboard and train legal teams, surface product feedback to engineering, and support renewals and expansions. Act as trusted advisor to partners, PSLs, and innovation teams to scale AI-enabled due diligence workflows.
