Lead Orbital’s global talent function across the US and UK, owning hiring strategy, team development, executive search, and recruiting operations. Build company-wide hiring plans with executive leadership, personally lead critical searches, and establish high-caliber direct recruiting practices. Coach an experienced talent team, maintain operational rigor, support GTM and engineering hiring, and embed AI into recruiting workflows. The role transitions an established outsourced talent function into an exceptional permanent in-house operation.

Own the London office workplace experience, including facilities coordination, vendors, supplies, health and safety, meeting rooms, desk booking, and office standards. Plan and deliver company events, lunches, rituals, and off-sites while managing budgets and communications. Support interview logistics, onboarding, office inductions, and new-joiner travel. Partner with People, Talent, IT, and the US Office Lead to maintain a consistent global office experience.

Lead end-to-end product and feature launches, including go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, channel planning, launch calendars, changelog management, Help Centre content, and adoption measurement. Partner across Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Enablement to improve launch execution and customer adoption. Establish scalable launch frameworks, templates, and standards while supporting major launches and communicating complex AI product capabilities clearly.
