Lead and grow the design function, partnering with product, engineering and AI to define UX strategy for an AI-native commercial real estate legal product. Set design priorities across information architecture, interaction, visual clarity, research and design systems; solve trust and explainability challenges for expert users; hire and develop designers and embed design at the product leadership table.

Client-facing role partnering with Sales and Customer Success to drive pre- and post-sales adoption of an AI assistant for commercial real estate law. Run discovery, tailor demos and pilots, onboard and train legal teams, surface product feedback to engineering, and support renewals and expansions. Act as trusted advisor to partners, PSLs, and innovation teams to scale AI-enabled due diligence workflows.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you'll design and develop features for a legal AI application, focusing on frontend technologies, while collaborating with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
