Orbital is the AI platform for real estate legal work.

Real estate shapes the world around us: our homes, our workplaces and our cultural landmarks. It’s the infrastructure that powers everyday life and is the world's largest asset class. Yet behind every single deal, real estate and legal teams work hard to navigate decades-old complexity; manually connecting documents, hidden obligations, geo-spatial context, and multiple parties into a path forward. We connect the legal and physical record, so that path is clearer than ever before. Our mission is to make real estate transactions faster, clearer, and less manual.

Here, you'll be part of changing how the deals behind the largest asset class get transacted, and will help shape the future of real estate.

A bit about us:

🚀 We’re building at the forefront of AI technology, without losing the deeply human expertise our clients depend on.

🏢 Orbital is built with former practising real estate lawyers and 250+ years of combined legal expertise. We're purpose-built for the complexity of real estate: accelerating due diligence, drafting and negotiation, and deal coordination with legal-grade precision.

💰 We've just raised a $60m Series B, led by Brighton Park Capital, to accelerate our global expansion – $75m raised to date.

🤝 We're trusted by 5,000+ real estate professionals, spanning UK Magic Circle and US Am Law 100 firms, to household names like M&S. Leading firms like BCLP, Orrick, Goodwin, Womble Bond Dickinson and Clifford Chance rely on Orbital to remove the busywork, freeing legal and real estate teams to focus on sharp judgment, standout client service, and closing deals faster.

💡 Working at Orbital means joining a bold, ambitious team, with the trust to take ownership and make a real impact from day one.

About the role

Orbital is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead how our product releases are brought to market and adopted.

As our product and release cadence continue to grow, this role will turn a steady stream of new capabilities into clear, compelling stories for customers, prospects and the wider market. You’ll work across the product roadmap to understand what matters most, shape how releases are positioned, and coordinate how and when they reach the right audiences.

You’ll independently lead a broad portfolio of product and feature launches, while playing a key supporting role in Tier 1 launches alongside our Senior Product Marketing Manager. You’ll also help embed and evolve the systems that enable us to launch consistently at scale, from our existing launch framework and calendar to our changelog, in-product communications and Help Centre.

This is a high-autonomy role at the intersection of Product, Marketing and Customer Success. It’s a great opportunity for a product marketer who combines strong messaging skills with excellent execution and enjoys creating structure around a fast-moving product organisation.

What you’ll do
  • Lead product launches end to end. Own the go-to-market strategy and execution for a portfolio of product and feature launches, from defining the audience and customer value through messaging, channel strategy, timing and measurement.

  • Run and evolve our launch programme. Implement our existing launch framework across Product and Marketing, managing roadmap intake, launch tiering and a single launch calendar. You’ll help teams apply the framework consistently and iterate it over time based on what we learn from launches and adoption.

  • Develop positioning and messaging. Turn complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with customers, prospects and the wider market.

  • Drive awareness and adoption. Plan how releases are brought to market across in-product messaging, email, the changelog, website and other channels, ensuring the right audiences understand what’s new, why it matters and how it strengthens the value of Orbital.

  • Own our product changelog. Build and manage an external changelog that gives customers and prospects a clear, useful and always-current view of what’s new in Orbital.

  • Evolve our Help Centre. Partner with Product and Customer Support to keep product education accurate, useful and up to date, and improve the experience through stronger written, visual and video content.

  • Raise the quality of product marketing. Create clear standards, templates and guidance that help teams communicate new capabilities effectively across customer and market-facing channels. You’ll act as an editor and trusted partner to Product, helping turn subject-matter expertise into high-quality product marketing.

  • Measure launch impact. Define and track success metrics across awareness, activation and adoption, using the results to improve how we prioritise, plan and execute future launches.

  • Partner across go-to-market teams. Work closely with Revenue Enablement, Customer Success and the wider Marketing team to ensure launches translate into effective market education, customer adoption, campaigns and commercial readiness.

How you’ll work with the team

You’ll work closely with our Senior Product Marketing Manager, who leads overarching product positioning and Tier 1 launches. You’ll independently own a high volume of product and feature launches, while contributing to Tier 1 launches and helping ensure our overall launch programme works as one coherent system.

You’ll also partner closely with Product Managers across our UK and US products, as well as Revenue Enablement, Customer Success, Product Design and the wider Marketing team.

Your first few months

You’ll start by building a deep understanding of our product, customers, market and current launch process, working closely with Product teams and spending time with customers.

From there, you’ll embed our launch framework and calendar across the product organisation, launch our external changelog, and take ownership of your first major product launch.

You’ll also refine the playbooks and templates that help teams execute great launches consistently as Orbital continues to grow.

About you
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a strong track record of leading product launches end to end.

  • A strong product storyteller. You can quickly understand a technical or complex capability, identify why it matters to the market, and turn that into clear, differentiated messaging.

  • An excellent writer and editor. You write with clarity and precision, know the difference between a feature and a benefit, and can improve other people’s work without losing the underlying expertise.

  • A strong cross-functional operator. You’re comfortable managing multiple launches, stakeholders and timelines at once, and know how to create the structure that keeps work moving.

  • Good judgement and influence. You can make clear recommendations about priorities, timing and messaging, build alignment across teams, and challenge constructively when needed.

  • Able to see the bigger picture. You can look across a portfolio of releases and understand how individual capabilities contribute to a broader product and market narrative.

  • Customer and data-led. You want to understand how customers use the product and use qualitative and quantitative signals to improve launches and adoption over time.

  • Comfortable working at pace. You enjoy working with a product that evolves quickly and can balance speed with a high standard of execution.

  • Confident using AI in your own work. You use AI tools to speed up and refine your processes, deploying it thoughtfully to work more effectively while bringing the judgement and editorial quality needed for external-facing work.

  • Experienced working across global teams and markets. This role supports both our UK and US products, so you’ll be comfortable collaborating across time zones.

  • Familiar with product adoption and customer communication tools, such as Intercom, Pendo, Appcues, Beamer or similar.

Nice to have
  • Experience in legal tech, real estate, proptech or another complex or expertise-led B2B market.

  • Experience owning or significantly contributing to a Help Centre, knowledge base or customer education programme.

  • Experience marketing AI products, particularly products that evolve quickly and where trust matters.

🔒 Security is everyone’s responsibility at Orbital. We ask all team members to follow our security policies, complete regular awareness training, and handle sensitive data with care in line with ISO 27001 standards. Spot something unusual? Reporting risks or incidents quickly helps us maintain the strong culture of security and compliance we all depend on.

💡 At Orbital, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We especially welcome applications from people who are traditionally underrepresented in tech. Even if you don’t meet every single requirement, or if the right role isn’t listed yet, we’d still love to hear from you.
