Teams at Optro

Leads the regional people strategy and employee experience across EMEA and APAC. Partners with leaders on performance, compensation, organizational design, employee relations, investigations, and grievances. Advises on local labor law and compliance, supports entity creation and PEOs, develops regional policies and programs, collaborates with US People teams, and uses people analytics to guide business decisions.

Serve as product expert for Optro in EMEA, consult clients on audit, ICFR/SOX and risk management, deliver tailored product demonstrations, engage C-level prospects, drive business opportunities, mentor internal teams, and collaborate with sales, implementation, and engineering to deliver client solutions.

Partner-facing role to evangelize Optro, run demos and training, map partner penetration, mentor partner teams, manage partner sandboxes, gather competitor intelligence, and drive joint GTM opportunities across EMEA.
