Oparo was the first algorithm-driven Real Estate investment house to launch in the U.K. We use our technology solely for the delivery of Social and Supported Housing and the management of those homes. During 2022 Oparo delivered 135 supported housing units focused on tenant wellness worth £30m, and partnered with various Housing Associations aiding in their development and asset management programs. In 2023 Oparo Group closed institutional funding to deliver £500m of Mainstream Housing and secured mandates for an additional 550 Supported Accommodation places
