Source sponsors and exhibitors, manage logistics, capture leads for sales, track partner/event ROI, onboard and nurture referral partners, and provide growth-support analytics to the Head of Partner Advocacy & Growth.

The Integration Project Manager will lead post-merger integrations, ensuring seamless transitions of acquired firms into OneDome's ecosystem through collaboration and process alignment.

Lead multi-channel digital acquisition to recruit mortgage brokers into the Growth Partners network. Own paid media, SEO, email automation, CRO, retargeting, and referral initiatives. Manage CPA-focused budgets, run A/B tests, set up conversion tracking, produce weekly dashboards, and coordinate with PR, events, partnerships and sales to optimize the full funnel from awareness to application.
