Manage and convert warm inbound leads and partner referrals into booked EV charger installs. Conduct outbound calls, SMS and emails, maintain CRM records, collaborate with Customer Success and installer teams, and use/provide feedback on AI tools to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Own and optimize end-to-end customer engagement: build multi-channel campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys in Customer.io, manage CRM integrations, use segmentation, personalization and AI to improve engagement, retention and loyalty, and report on campaign performance.

Lead Ohme's international communications and external affairs strategy to raise profile with OEMs, policymakers, industry bodies and media. Drive media engagement, public affairs, thought leadership, event representation, and support commercial teams through communications and policy work across multiple international markets.
