Develop and maintain Odoo ERP modules while building independently deployable Python services that progressively replace ERP capabilities. Design APIs, event schemas, integrations, operational interfaces, automated tests, observability, and documentation. Collaborate with finance, operations, and customer care to translate business processes into reliable software. Work with AWS, containerized deployments, CI/CD, React, relational data models, and AI-assisted coding tools.

Own the Core Backend product for an EV charging platform. Responsibilities include executing product strategy, gathering customer and market insights, prioritizing the backlog, writing requirements, prototyping with agentic AI, defining metrics, querying logs, and partnering with design and engineering to deliver reliable integrations and backend improvements.

Build and own Ohme’s scalable analytics platform, including Snowflake, dbt data models, semantic layers, data quality, observability, security, and cost optimization. Develop reliable, documented analytics assets, establish engineering standards, support analysts and business users, and use AI tooling to improve team efficiency. The role requires strong SQL, dimensional modeling, stakeholder communication, and ownership of warehouse reliability and performance.
