Resolve customer queries through phone, email, and potentially live chat; proactively assist customers who are delayed during the EV charger installation journey; develop expertise in installation processes and installer needs; meet productivity and quality KPIs; and contribute positively to team improvement and company growth.

Own Ohme’s end-to-end EV charger connectivity across cellular IoT, WiFi, and Bluetooth. Manage telecom and SIM providers, connectivity hardware, cloud integrations, operational reporting, fleet telemetry, incidents, and reliability improvements. Diagnose issues across devices, networks, firmware, and cloud platforms while coordinating Product, Hardware, Software, Operations, Customer Support, and external partners.

Own the FP&A agenda, budgeting, resource planning, KPI monitoring, and financial systems improvements. Partner with leadership on strategic decisions, commercial initiatives, and cross-functional projects. Produce board-level presentations, dashboards, and strategy documents, while leading financial, market, and industry analysis across the energy and EV sectors. Advise the Chief of Staff and senior stakeholders in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment.
