The MLOps Engineer will enhance ML infrastructure, deploying and monitoring models, ensuring scalability and security, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Provide commercial legal support across international jurisdictions: draft and negotiate commercial, supplier, NDA and SaaS contracts; advise on privacy/data protection; support sales, marketing, engineering and HR matters; manage external counsel; deliver compliance training; and assist with corporate governance and company secretarial tasks.

Manage end-to-end firmware feature delivery for residential EV chargers: define scope, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, own release readiness and rollouts across variants and markets, set success metrics, oversee testing, monitoring and multi-market launches, and translate local requirements into firmware scope.

Manage and convert warm inbound leads and partner referrals into booked EV charger installs. Conduct outbound calls, SMS and emails, maintain CRM records, collaborate with Customer Success and installer teams, and use/provide feedback on AI tools to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Own and optimize end-to-end customer engagement: build multi-channel campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys in Customer.io, manage CRM integrations, use segmentation, personalization and AI to improve engagement, retention and loyalty, and report on campaign performance.

Partner with the CEO and Chief of Staff to lead company-wide strategic initiatives, discover growth opportunities across markets, build corporate development capabilities, create financial models and presentations, and solve strategic, technical, and operational problems to drive growth for a fast-scaling cleantech, AI- and data-focused business.

Lead Ohme's international communications and external affairs strategy to raise profile with OEMs, policymakers, industry bodies and media. Drive media engagement, public affairs, thought leadership, event representation, and support commercial teams through communications and policy work across multiple international markets.

Lead technical direction for Purchase & Fulfilment squads, mentor engineers, design and deliver full-stack solutions (TypeScript/Next.js frontends, Kotlin/Spring Boot backend), drive architecture, collaborate with product and stakeholders, and help scale international, AI-enabled customer experiences and migrations.

Lead engineering across multiple squads to define multi‑year architecture (including AI/ML), establish operating model and engineering standards (Agile, CI/CD, automated testing, secure coding), ensure reliability (SLIs/SLOs, on‑call, runbooks), partner with Product, recruit and coach leaders, own developer tooling and procurement, and report technical progress and risk to senior leadership.

Lead the roadmap and delivery of Ohme's data and AI products: prioritize features, define requirements and success metrics, work hands-on with ML/data engineers to ship and iterate, liaise with commercial and ops teams, and drive adoption and measurable business outcomes.

As a Paid Social Executive, you'll manage and optimize ad campaigns, oversee budgets, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with creative teams to drive results across various social media platforms.

Support market entry and operations for Ohme's EV charging portfolio: secure regulatory approvals, manage settlements and disputes with agencies (e.g., Elexon), support capacity market applications, collaborate with Product/Engineering to automate processes, and develop reporting to surface operational and financial trends.

Run market analysis using GB market data and exchange platforms, execute and monitor trades, manage delivery performance and P&L attribution, analyze trading data to design strategies, identify and implement automation with Tech, and translate trading strategies into low-risk market actions across asset types.

Lead and scale Ohme's energy trading desk by improving trading operations and systems, creating strategies and products across assets (BESS, DSR, fleets), supporting market entry, delivering material P&L, managing risk and compliance, and providing execution cover including weekend rota organization.

Design and own pricing, demand forecast, forward curve and correlation models to value EV charging portfolios. Build and back-test optimisation and trading strategies, model imbalance and settlement risk, and produce scenario/stress analysis. Engineer models for automation and collaborate with backend/data teams to deploy production-quality analytical tools that inform trading and commercial decisions.

Provide inbound and outbound customer support for Ohme EV charging products via phone, email and live chat. Troubleshoot technical issues, escalate to Technical Support, manage vulnerable customers, meet KPIs, contribute to process improvements and internal knowledge, and support team culture. Role is hybrid in London with weekend rota.
