Associate Product Manager for Ohme’s mobile app team. Owns requirements, backlog prioritization, product discovery, roadmaps, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, prototyping, testing, and feature delivery. Uses customer research, dashboards, A/B tests, and product metrics to improve conversion, adoption, engagement, and quality. Collaborates closely with design, engineering, and stakeholders while developing fluency in mobile platforms, APIs, SQL, and OCPP.

Own Ohme’s governance and compliance framework, including ISO certifications, energy licenses, regulatory registrations, policies, risk management, and internal and external audits. Support customer tenders and due diligence, maintain compliance evidence and improvement plans, and identify AI and automation solutions for policy monitoring, audit reporting, and evidence collection across UK, EU, and international markets.

Leads QA engineers across multiple teams and sets department-wide quality standards, tooling, automation strategy, and metrics. Owns AI-assisted and agentic testing adoption, governs quality processes, and promotes shared engineering accountability. The role requires hands-on API and backend test automation, modern testing frameworks, CI tooling, and early quality involvement in requirements and design. It also includes line management, cross-functional influence, KPI reporting, and coaching teams through process and tooling changes.

Owns the architecture, development, and scaling of data products, backend data services, ingestion engines, APIs, and infrastructure on AWS and Snowflake. Own Ohme’s end-to-end EV charger connectivity across cellular IoT, WiFi, and Bluetooth. Manage telecom and SIM providers, connectivity hardware, cloud integrations, operational reporting, fleet telemetry, incidents, and reliability improvements. Diagnose issues across devices, networks, firmware, and cloud platforms while coordinating Product, Hardware, Software, Operations, Customer Support, and external partners.
