Teams at Odyssey (odyssey.ml)

The role involves defining and pursuing a research project in general-purpose world models, collaborating with teams to advance visual AI.

Provides high-trust executive support to the CTO, managing calendars, travel, logistics, meetings, events, commitments, and cross-functional follow-through. The role also handles ambiguous special projects, improves executive and organizational workflows, and coordinates board, investor, and external engagements across multiple time zones. Success requires exceptional organization, discretion, communication, ownership, and comfort working in a fast-paced AI startup.

Lead the ML platform and infrastructure (data, evaluation, compute). Own roadmap, build and scale distributed engineering teams, partner with Research and Applied ML to prioritize work, remain technically hands-on, and report to the CTO.
