Teams at Nuvei

Build and lead Nuvei’s central process and customer-journey capability from the ground up. Responsibilities include creating process architecture, documentation standards, governance, repositories, and tooling; facilitating cross-functional mapping workshops; coaching process champions; analyzing inefficiencies and controls; identifying automation and AI opportunities; establishing ownership and performance measures; managing the roadmap, benefits, risks, and issues; and eventually leading a small team.

Lead cross-functional customer experience and operational excellence initiatives from problem definition through implementation and benefits realization. Facilitate Tiger Teams, apply Lean, agile, service design, systems thinking, and continuous improvement methods, and drive change adoption. Use Excel, Power BI, and AI to analyze problems and measure impact. Build organizational capability through coaching and training, contribute to a Centre of Excellence, influence senior stakeholders, and develop team members.

Administer and optimize sales and marketing technology, including Salesforce, Gong, Clay, and Nooks. Build workflows, lead scoring, routing, enrichment, segmentation, sequencing, reporting, and AI-driven processes to improve prospecting productivity and pipeline conversion. Partner with Sales, SDR, and Marketing leadership on data quality, tool adoption, troubleshooting, training, onboarding, and scalable operational improvements.
