Lead global debt financing for NTT Global Data Centers: build and manage a Debt Management team, oversee lender relationships, structure and execute corporate and project-level debt, manage covenant compliance and lender reporting, negotiate complex financing documents, support refinancing and sustainability-linked facilities, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and mentor junior staff.

Provide global commercial contract support including drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex leases, MSAs and service agreements. Advise management on contractual, regulatory and compliance risks, manage cross-region contract analysis, respond to internal inquiries, and help develop contract templates and procedures to improve efficiency.

Lead mechanical design scope to RIBA Stage 2 for data center fit-outs across EMEA. Define tenderable mechanical works, perform capacity checks, coordinate site surveys, manage external design vendors, ensure compliance with standards and local codes, input cost/schedule, drive best-practice processes, manage change and design risks, and promote innovation and sustainability in design.

Lead global accounts payable operations, overseeing invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, month-end close, controls, and vendor management. Manage a 32-person global AP team, drive AP strategy, process automation, compliance, audits, and cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and cost savings.

Lead enterprise data initiatives by translating data strategy into programmes, implementing governance frameworks, improving data quality and reporting, engaging global stakeholders, and ensuring data solutions meet enterprise standards to enable data-driven decisions.

Lead implementation and execution of the OFCI equipment program for regional data center construction. Manage procurement of critical MEP and power systems, supplier relationships, sourcing, logistics, KPIs, budget alignment, change management, and escalation resolution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and commissioning readiness.

Lead evaluation, incubation, and scaled deployment of emerging technologies (AI/ML, automation, edge, sustainability) for NTT Global Data Centers. Develop roadmaps, build business cases and ROI models, advise executives, manage cross-functional programs and external partnerships, and ensure governance and measurable outcomes.

Manage procurement for data center operations: qualify/onboard suppliers, monitor performance, enforce SLAs, negotiate contracts, analyze spend for TCO savings, support global sourcing and site expansions while ensuring compliance and operational continuity.

Provide litigation and claims support across multiple jurisdictions: assist senior counsel and external counsel with case strategy, fact gathering, document preservation, and reporting; manage incoming/outgoing claims and investigations; assess exposures, reserves, and settlement options; help develop litigation and claims policies and ensure regulatory and governance compliance while coordinating with internal stakeholders, insurers, and risk teams.

Develop, maintain, and interpret complex financial models for large-scale data center investments. Build business cases, model capital structure and debt mechanics, run sensitivity analyses, support investment decisions, update forecasts vs actuals, and prepare executive presentations.

Lead JV, asset, and investor management for EMEA greenfield data center developments. Oversee financial modelling, project finance, capital structure, hedging strategy, reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications across development lifecycle.

Provide contract and legal support for construction and energy projects across the contract lifecycle: review, redline, execution, CLM administration, governance, compliance tracking, recordkeeping, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory support.
