Leads the global Workday HRIS strategy, roadmap, governance, portfolio, and operating model for total rewards, payroll, benefits, absence, time tracking, and People & Culture processes. Partners with HR, Finance, Compliance, Payroll, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable solutions, establish controls and prioritization frameworks, and ensure operational resilience. Manages HRIS analysts and drives accountability for delivery outcomes.

Ensure compliance, perform audits and investigations, troubleshoot systems, coordinate vendors, support projects, maintain documentation, and run preventative maintenance and reporting across sites on 12-hour rotating shifts.

Patrol and secure a London data center site by managing access control, monitoring CCTV, issuing visitor passes, conducting inspections, assisting in fire drills, and reporting security incidents. Work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts (4 on/4 off) and support the Security Manager in daily operations.

Lead and mentor a global 24/7 cybersecurity team to manage and optimize security platforms (SIEM/SOAR), perform threat hunting, incident response, vulnerability management, and ICS/SCADA monitoring. Drive automation, stakeholder collaboration, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement of detection, remediation, and documentation for enterprise IT/OT environments.

Lead and execute EMEA PR strategies for data center and AI infrastructure solutions. Build media relationships, pitch stories, run regional campaigns and events, track PR KPIs, and collaborate with business and marketing stakeholders to amplify brand and customer stories across EMEA.

Lead centralized network reference design for EMEA data centers, ensuring GRD alignment, managing passive infrastructure design and documentation, coordinating stakeholders, overseeing telecom provisioning, and driving cost, lead-time, and quality improvements across new construction and client fit-outs.

Lead design, implementation, integration, and lifecycle management of enterprise IIoT/SCADA telemetry platforms. Build telemetry models, alarm strategies, and ingestion pipelines; troubleshoot complex OT systems; integrate OT with enterprise and cloud services; produce documentation and standards; mentor engineers; support upgrades, capacity planning, and multi-site deployments to improve reliability and operational visibility.

Manage RFP/RFI and client questionnaire responses for sales and client success. Coordinate proposal planning, content development, editing, compliance checks, delivery tracking, and historical data. Collaborate with Sales, CSMs, and SMEs, use AI tools for drafting, and improve proposal processes to support business growth.

Lead JV, asset, and investor management for EMEA greenfield data center developments. Oversee financial modelling, project finance, capital structure, hedging strategy, reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications across development lifecycle.

Lead implementation and execution of the OFCI equipment program for regional data center construction. Manage procurement of critical MEP and power systems, supplier relationships, sourcing, logistics, KPIs, budget alignment, change management, and escalation resolution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and commissioning readiness.

Lead mechanical design scope to RIBA Stage 2 for data center fit-outs across EMEA. Define tenderable mechanical works, perform capacity checks, coordinate site surveys, manage external design vendors, ensure compliance with standards and local codes, input cost/schedule, drive best-practice processes, manage change and design risks, and promote innovation and sustainability in design.

Develop, maintain, and interpret complex financial models for large-scale data center investments. Build business cases, model capital structure and debt mechanics, run sensitivity analyses, support investment decisions, update forecasts vs actuals, and prepare executive presentations.

Provide contract and legal support for construction and energy projects across the contract lifecycle: review, redline, execution, CLM administration, governance, compliance tracking, recordkeeping, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory support.

Serve as electrical SME supporting regional engineering and critical facilities for design, commissioning, operation and optimization of large-scale electrical systems (HV/LV/UPS/standby power). Perform inspections, audits, commissioning procedure development, energy business case support, stakeholder reporting, and occasional project management. Travel up to 30%.
