Lead global debt financing for NTT Global Data Centers: build and manage a Debt Management team, oversee lender relationships, structure and execute corporate and project-level debt, manage covenant compliance and lender reporting, negotiate complex financing documents, support refinancing and sustainability-linked facilities, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and mentor junior staff.
