Leads the global compensation strategy, governance, and execution of base pay, incentives, salary structures, benchmarking, and pay equity programs. Advises senior leadership, partners with regional compensation teams, ensures regulatory compliance and internal equity, and drives standardized, data-driven compensation processes across regions. The role also oversees planning cycles, executive and critical-talent compensation, manager enablement, automation, and continuous improvement.

Supports regional sales enablement and colocation deal pricing by maintaining pricing assumptions, market benchmarks, capacity inputs, commercial tracking, service documentation, SLAs, playbooks, collateral, and governance updates. Coordinates with Bid Management, Finance, Investment, Solution Engineering, Legal, Product Lifecycle, Service Operations, and Capacity Assignment through pursue, submit, and contract approval stages. Translates technical service concepts into accurate, sales-ready materials and helps ensure pricing reflects inventory, costs, customer requirements, and return expectations.

Leads Finance transformation through AI and automation use cases, prototypes, process improvement, reporting, data governance, and ERP-enabled change. Translates Finance pain points into requirements, business cases, roadmaps, executive materials, adoption plans, and value metrics. Partners with technology and change teams to test, govern, implement, and sustain solutions while building responsible AI capability across Finance.
