Create and edit short-form video and social content across major platforms; identify stories across the company; support trade shows and roadshows; produce customer newsletters in HubSpot; and update website content. The role requires strong writing, organization, cross-functional collaboration, video editing, marketing automation experience, AI workflow fluency, and willingness to travel.

Own strategic relationships with large UK veterinary enterprise customers, driving retention, renewals, expansion, adoption, executive engagement, and measurable value realization. Develop account plans, lead governance and business reviews, manage escalations, coordinate cross-functional teams, support commercial growth, and advocate for customer needs in product roadmap discussions. Build customer references, case studies, and advisory relationships while traveling to customer sites and industry events as needed.

Own end-to-end onboarding for veterinary customers, from scoping through go-live. Configure and customize Provet, deliver remote and onsite training across the UK, advise customers on best practices, manage stakeholder relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues. The role requires strong communication, organization, resilience, and project or change management experience in a SaaS environment. Veterinary-sector experience is advantageous.
