About the role

We are here to create great healthcare products. That’s at our very core, but it’s the people who make companies great, not the other way around. We spend more time with our co-workers than anyone else in our lives. Being part of an exceptional team is not only important for your personal mindfulness but key for your professional progression.

We're looking for a driven Onboarding Specialist to join our UK team. You'll own the onboarding journey for new veterinary customers from kick-off through to go-live, delivering both remote and onsite training across the UK.

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role. You won't always have all the answers, priorities will shift, and you'll regularly be asked to operate outside your comfort zone. What matters is that you keep going, stay positive, and bring others along with you.

Your key responsibilities include:
  • Manage onboarding projects end to end, from initial scoping through to go-live

  • Deliver remote and onsite training to veterinary professionals across the UK

  • Configure and customise Provet to each customer's clinical workflows

  • Advise customers on best practice and efficient use of the software

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across independent practices, mid-market groups, and large enterprise accounts

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery

  • Share knowledge actively within the team and support the growth of colleagues around you

What will help you to be successful in this role?

Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. In addition, our humble wishlist includes:

  • Being based in the UK with the right to work.

  • Being prepared to travel regularly for onsite customer visits across the UK.

  • Holding a UK Driving license & with access to a car.

  • A genuine self-starter who takes ownership and follows through.

  • Resilient under pressure with a tenacious, solutions-focused mindset.

  • A positive team player who lifts others and shares what they know.

  • Experience in project or change management, ideally within a SaaS or software environment.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving organisation where ambiguity is the norm, not the exception.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

  • Veterinary background or experience working with veterinary professionals is a strong advantage.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

What’s in it for you?

At Nordhealth, we do things a little bit differently. We value continuous improvement, diverse teams and autonomy which drive our collaboration. Our global healthcare domain is rapidly developing and we are seeking colleagues who enjoy working in this type of environment. 🌎
In addition, we offer:

  • A meaningful role in a fast-growing global healthcare technology company

  • Competitive salary and benefits

  • Remote-first working with flexibility and autonomy

  • Talented, international colleagues and a strong team culture

  • Real opportunities for professional growth as the UK business scales

If you enjoy working in a fast-growing and international environment with the possibility to make an impact, this might be the perfect job for you. Apply now! We'll fill the position as soon as we find the right person.
