Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Global HR and Absence Management implementations, configure hire-to-retire processes, org/workforce/security/workflow, guide clients and team members, support pre-sales demos, and produce thought leadership content. Work on multi-country deployments and explore adjacent HR modules and AI enhancements.

Lead and deliver Oracle ERP Cloud Record-to-Report implementations: analyse client processes, design and configure Oracle Financials modules, run workshops and training, support testing, data migration and cutover, troubleshoot post-go-live issues, and maintain project documentation and governance.

Lead full integration lifecycle for Oracle Fusion systems: design, build, test, deploy and support integrations using Fusion REST APIs and integration platforms. Create integration patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven), design BI Publisher extracts and bulk loads, ensure security (OAuth/RBAC), CI/CD, performance tuning, and production support across varied clients.

Lead creation and growth of Namos' Oracle Payroll Bureau managed services across the UK and Ireland. Own strategy, P&L, service delivery, client success, recruitment and scaling of high-performing teams. Drive operational excellence, compliance with UK payroll legislation (HMRC, RTI), pension administration, payments controls, data security, and business continuity while developing recurring revenue payroll offerings.
