Design, develop, and build Oracle EPM Cloud and Hyperion Planning applications; guide project delivery; coach and develop team members; contribute to practice strategy; and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards. Requires expertise in EPM products, scripting, integrations, reporting, finance concepts, and team leadership.

Leads client-facing Oracle technology opportunity shaping from initial commercial discussions through solution direction. Engages CIOs, CTOs, IT directors, and enterprise architects to understand business needs and develop outcome-led propositions across OCI, databases, integration, automation, low-code, security, analytics, and AI. Builds executive confidence, balances value and feasibility, supports bids and workshops, develops thought leadership, and collaborates with sales, marketing, architecture, consulting, and managed services teams.

Lead the eNlighten Managed Services customer portfolio, overseeing customer health, satisfaction, value, retention, growth, commercial performance, and service governance. Provide leadership, coaching, and escalation support to Service Delivery Managers while personally managing strategic customer relationships and executive stakeholders. Ensure compliance with Oracle CMSP, ISO 20000-1, and ISO 27001 standards, using service data and customer insight to improve outcomes and strengthen account performance.
