Lead the eNlighten Managed Services customer portfolio, overseeing customer health, satisfaction, value, retention, growth, commercial performance, and service governance. Provide leadership, coaching, and escalation support to Service Delivery Managers while personally managing strategic customer relationships and executive stakeholders. Ensure compliance with Oracle CMSP, ISO 20000-1, and ISO 27001 standards, using service data and customer insight to improve outcomes and strengthen account performance.

Manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud and Fusion project delivery across scope, timelines, budgets, risks, quality, resources, and stakeholder expectations. Lead cross-functional consulting teams, coordinate client activities, report progress, manage change requests, and resolve issues. Support junior project managers and contribute to pre-sales opportunities. The role requires strong Oracle Applications implementation experience, formal project management methodology knowledge, and excellent client-facing communication skills.

Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Global HR and Absence Management implementations, configure hire-to-retire processes, org/workforce/security/workflow, guide clients and team members, support pre-sales demos, and produce thought leadership content. Work on multi-country deployments and explore adjacent HR modules and AI enhancements.
