The role helps manage existing and new wholesale accounts, hosts buyer appointments, analyzes sell-through, communicates order issues, and represents the brand at domestic and international showrooms.

Design and develop seasonal leather goods and lifestyle collections spanning handbags, small leather goods, jewellery, gifting, and accessories. Research trends, materials, and competitors; create hand sketches, digital renderings, technical specifications, 3D mock-ups, and prototypes. Collaborate with product development, production, merchandising, factories, and other stakeholders to refine samples, maintain design intent and quality, and deliver commercially successful products aligned with the brand vision and sustainability goals.

Provide exceptional, personalised customer service in-store using product knowledge and storytelling. Build and maintain customer relationships with in-store CRM, drive store performance, support operational excellence, and embody Mulberrys values and sustainability commitments.

As a Junior RTW Designer, you will conduct research, develop women's ready-to-wear designs, collaborate with senior designers, and integrate sustainable practices.

Lead design, research and development of women's knitwear collections from concept to production. Oversee yarn selection, stitch and construction development, produce technical packs and CADs, manage fittings and supplier relations, and ensure timelines, quality and sustainability goals are met while collaborating across design, product development and production teams.

Lead and coach an in-store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales and operational excellence, build key customer relationships, foster inclusive culture, and embody Mulberry’s values and sustainability commitments.
