Process daily payments and receipts, perform bank reconciliations, set up payments, manage invoices and expense claims, maintain ledgers, support sales finance queries, handle intercompany transactions and journal entries, and assist with month-end/year-end tasks including accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, reconciliations, and audit support.

Manage continuing airworthiness for a corporate jet fleet: develop and maintain CAMO policies and maintenance programmes, ensure Certificates of Airworthiness and ARCs, report and investigate maintenance occurrences, control CAMO exposition, coordinate maintenance with Part 145 MROs and client services, manage technical data, safety management tasks for Part CAMO/SMAR compliance, and support audits and regulator/MRO relations.

Lead requirements elicitation and documentation for IT projects, create process maps and wireframes, translate business needs into prioritized user stories and acceptance criteria, liaise with stakeholders and third-party suppliers, support change management, testing, training, and continuous improvement.
