Lead requirements elicitation and documentation for IT projects, create process maps and wireframes, translate business needs into prioritized user stories and acceptance criteria, liaise with stakeholders and third-party suppliers, support change management, testing, training, and continuous improvement.

Build and convert prospective client lists through outbound sales, develop airline and operator relationships, manage charter bookings from inquiry to completion, and maintain client relationships for repeat business. The role requires meeting sales targets, overseeing flight departures, frequent short-notice travel, and working effectively under pressure. Fluency in a Scandinavian language and a full UK driving licence are required.

Provides direct support to the Global CEO by managing schedules, emails, travel, expenses, meetings, reports, and follow-up actions. Coordinates onboarding, events, cross-office meetings, recruitment, marketing, and technology initiatives. Acts as a liaison across global teams, maintains business trackers and updates, and ensures requests are handled promptly. Requires exceptional organization, communication, discretion, Excel proficiency, analytical ability, and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
