Manage end-to-end digital transformation projects, including software implementations, application development, business change, procurement, vendor selection, budgeting, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. The role coordinates internal teams and third-party partners, maintains project plans and documentation, communicates progress and issues, and ensures delivery aligns with business objectives and governance standards.

Designs and manages blended training programs and learning content for a global workforce. Partners with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, translate complex information into engaging materials, define objectives, evaluate effectiveness, and demonstrate business impact. Develops presentations, online modules, facilitator guides, workbooks, assessments, process guides, and multimedia scripts while collaborating with eLearning designers and organizational stakeholders.

Leads the company’s e-learning function, overseeing the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital learning experiences. Manages two e-learning designers, applies instructional design and adult learning principles, administers LMS-based training, and collaborates with content creators and subject matter experts. The role also manages stakeholders and projects, analyzes learner engagement data, supports global employees, and explores AI, video, and multimedia tools to improve learning outcomes.
